Support Services

Support included in our hosting and development services:

We offer limited free support to Yachting Image clients, our Esotech website development clients and webhosting clients for the original configuration of the website or database and original release.  We also support and install upgrades to our CMS and database platforms.  Changes required to support new technology released after the Go Live Authorization such as new web browsers, media formats, and new software are not included in our normal support and may incur a fee for this service.

What is not covered in free support:

  • Additions or changes to the website.
  • Upgrades or changes required to support new software or new browser compatibility.
  • Problems caused by user error.
  • email support, configuration, or set up.
  • Virus removal or trouble shooting.
  • IT support for user networks or computers.
Support Charges:

Minimum fee for Level 1 support is $79.  Level 1 support is billed at $79 per hour with one hour minimum charge.  If your support request will incur a fee we will notify you via email of our estimate of the cost for your approval prior to commencing any work.
